Spicy up you grilled with a touch of oil and a nice sprinkle of a red or green chile spice blend made with New Mexico chile powders.

Drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle with chile spice blend. (I usually go light on the EVOO drizzle and quite generous on the seasoning.)
Chile Spice Blends (Red and Green) - You can use either of these blends or both. They are easy to throw together, so if you don't have some made up already, allow yourself about 10 minutes to make one.
Other than that chile spice, there’s really not a whole lot to say here because this is such a minimal recipe; however, since I’m one that always has something else to say….
If you don’t have the spice blend or the ingredients to make it, just sprinkle the oiled corn with your favorite red chile powder(s) and some garlic and onion powder or salt. If you use powder, then sprinkle the corn with some salt as well, just don’t over do it.
